What is Stir-Fried Cabbage with Fish Sauce (Pad Pak)
Pad Pak is a common dish in Thai cuisine just the same as Pad Thai, it’s a stir-fried vegetable. People eat this dish with steamed rice and here is a recipe
Ingredients of Stir-Fried Cabbage with Fish Sauce
2 sliced heads of cabbage
3 Tbsp dried shrimp (soak in water)
2 Tbsp of chopped garlic
2 Tbsp of fish sauce
1 Tbsp of sugar
- 6 Tbsp of water
How to Make This Dish
- Stir-fried cabbages (not too long) and rest them on the side
- Add oil and garlic to stir-fried a bit and add fish sauce
- Add sugar and water and mix it up
- Add cooked cabbages and stir-fried all together and serve
