Ingredients of This Menu

  • 10 prawns [ cut in half]
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 9-10 of sliced red onions
  • 10 cloves of sliced garlic
  • 10 dried finger chilies
  • 1 coriander
  • 2 oz of tamarind juice
  • 8.4 oz of water
  • 5 oz of palm sugar
  • 1.7 oz of sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce

How to Make Prawn in Tamarind Sauce

  • Mix tamarind juice, palm sugar, sugar, salt, and fish sauce into the pot with low heat and keep stirring until it mixes well
  • Deep-fried prawns until it turns golden brown color
  • Fried garlic and red onion
