Pad Pak is a common dish in Thai cuisine just the same as Pad Thai, it’s a stir-fried vegetable. People eat this dish with steamed rice and here is a recipe

Ingredients of Stir-Fried Cabbage with Fish Sauce

  • 2 sliced heads of cabbage

  • 3 Tbsp dried shrimp (soak in water)

  • 2 Tbsp of chopped garlic

  • 2 Tbsp of fish sauce

  • 1 Tbsp of sugar

  • 6 Tbsp of water

How to Make This Dish

  • Stir-fried cabbages (not too long) and rest them on the side
  • Add oil and garlic to stir-fried a bit and add fish sauce
  • Add sugar and water and mix it up
  • Add cooked cabbages and stir-fried all together and serve
