- 10 prawns [ cut in half]
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 9-10 of sliced red onions
- 10 cloves of sliced garlic
- 10 dried finger chilies
- 1 coriander
- 2 oz of tamarind juice
- 8.4 oz of water
- 5 oz of palm sugar
- 1.7 oz of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of salt
- 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
How to Make Prawn in Tamarind Sauce
- Mix tamarind juice, palm sugar, sugar, salt, and fish sauce into the pot with low heat and keep stirring until it mixes well
- Deep-fried prawns until it turns golden brown color
- Fried garlic and red onion
